There was great sport in Carns NS on Shrove (Pancake) Tuesday last! All of the children in both the junior & senior rooms came together to plan, discuss, use their numeracy skills and finally their procedural writing skills to explore how to make the best pancakes in Sligo!! They didn’t disappoint & the end products went down a treat 😊🥞🥞🥞😊🎛
