Without a shadow of a doubt, the highlight of our World Book Day celebrations this year was our 'Dress Up As Your Favourite Character'. The children from Junior Infants to 6th class entered into the spirit of the celebrations wholeheartedly. They certainly didn't disappoint. We had so many different characters enter the school on Friday! The variety of genres of reading and the range of book choice across all ages was simply fantastic. A huge thank you to all the parents for entering into the spirit of World Book Day so well. Reading is alive and well in Carns NS.
